Preview India Aus - Test Series

so its been a while since i shared/discussed about the game we all love , well what better than India Aus Series.

As all say this has become the most awaited contest in the cricketing world these days and some even says bigger than Ashes or India Pak cricket series.

Any ways lets not get in to the discussion of which contest is bigger than other. So am sure all of us are fascinated about the possibility of watching some of the greates names to ever play game to come and take the field.

Its been a log break for India team as ICC Champions Trophy got cancelled and gave enough time to recharge the batteries before the battle Royale.

A look at the two teams and we realise there is not much to Chose in between , for sure India been the Home team goes in favourites but you can never count of the Aussies Can you?

The retirment of our very own DADA add to the spice of the contest, and it will be a great farewell for him if he can go out with a bang.

Lets look at what this series has to offer in terms of small contests within players.

1. Punter v/s Bhajji ..... Well you can never have enough of this encounter, sure Bhajji has had the upper hand so far but not to forget Ricky is a champion in its own right and just cant wait for the game to start. Am sure the Aussie captain will be severly under pressure when he comes to bat against Bhajji but isn't his mental strength combined with the talent he possess makes him a great batsman if not the greatest already? Not to forget he is coming back from the injury and onus lies with him to take this inexperience but competitive Aussie unit fwd.

2. Hayden v/s Indian Spinners.....It was on this tour where a new Hayden was born and what has happened since than is not unknown to all of us. World has seen a prolific opening batsman take up and crease in past 5-7 years and dominate the world the way he has, after all walking down the track in first over of a test match is no joke? He has a great record against India and a look at the Aussie team will tell you if he scores they all feel relaxed but if Indians can get him early we are in with a very good chance. It will all depend on How are new bowl bowlers bowl as you dont want Hayden Batting against Indian Spinners and giving other batsman the comfort level they need with those big slog sweeps.

3. Fab Four..... Well no discussion can be over without discussing the greats of Indian cricket, they all hold legendary status in there own way but if there was ever a time when each one of them was under pressure due to various reasons than it is now. DADA calling up the day might just put icing on the cake and he may walk out with a bang.

We all will hope and will be glued to the television screen in the Month to come..Hope i find enough people to come and talk about cricket here to get the spirit going. Till than Have fun
